listener from Jonesborough left a portion of his estate to WHCB 91.5 FM
in his will. This included a house with one acre of land. The house
has been completely remodeled and includes fresh paint, a new kitchen
with new cabinets and appliances (new stove, new dishwasher), and a new
heat pump. The house is 1100 square feet with three bedrooms and one
bath with a basement and drive-under garage. WHCB would like to sell
the house and use the proceeds to help fund its broadcasting ministry. If you
